The Opportunity:

This is a pivotal leadership role for a seasoned and strategic real estate professional. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the sales trajectory of our prestigious projects across the Chandigarh Tricity and Dubai. You will lead high-performing teams, devise and execute potent sales strategies, and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners. This position is ideal for a visionary leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets in the luxury real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and spearhead the overarching sales strategy for the assigned regions to achieve and surpass revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of the sales division, including sales managers and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence and high achievement.
  • High-Value Accounts: Personally manage and nurture relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), institutional clients, and key channel partners, leading negotiations on high-value deals.
  • Market Dominance: Drive market penetration and expansion strategies, providing critical insights and analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, and project management teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience and alignment of company goals.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide executive-level reporting on sales performance, develop accurate revenue forecasts, and present market intelligence to the senior leadership team to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the real estate industry, with at least 1-2years in a senior sales management capacity.
  • Market Mastery: Demonstrated mastery of the real estate market dynamics, client base, and regulatory environment in either the Chandigarh Tricity OR Dubai. Experience in both markets is a significant asset.
  • Proven Success: An outstanding and verifiable track record of leading teams to exceed ambitious sales targets, particularly within the luxury property segment.
  • Leadership Acumen: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop sales talent.
  • Communication Skills: Superior negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with an exceptional executive presence.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Network: A robust and transferable network of clients, investors, and brokers in the relevant markets is highly desirable.
