Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate
Location: Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali (Tricity) & Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive our growth and expand our market presence in both the vibrant Chandigarh Tricity area and the international hub of Dubai.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales teams and achieve ambitious revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in real estate sales, team leadership, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams in the assigned territories (Chandigarh Tricity / Dubai) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business development plans, and marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and property sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, property brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification and client presentations to negotiation and deal closure.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure the sales team is well-versed in all project details, pricing, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Guarantee all sales activities comply with local real estate regulations (e.g., RERA in India and relevant laws in Dubai).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in either the Chandigarh Tricity region (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali) OR Dubai.
- A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required.
Desirable Qualifications:
- MBA is a plus.
- Experience in selling luxury and high-end properties.
- An existing strong network of clients and channel partners in the respective regions.
- Experience working in both Indian and UAE real estate markets is a significant advantage.
