The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. This is a critical role that will act as a strategic partner to the business, championing our company culture and ensuring our HR operations are seamless and effective. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and policy development, supporting our growing teams in both India and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment, and professionally managing grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Performance Management: Oversee and enhance our performance appraisal system, working with managers to foster employee growth and development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll processing, administer employee benefits programs, and conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure full compliance with all Indian labor laws and provide guidance on international HR best practices for our Dubai office.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs for teams and individuals, organizing programs to enhance skills and promote career development.
  • Culture Champion: Drive initiatives that strengthen our company culture, improve employee engagement, and make our company a great place to work.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Legal Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Core HR Skills: Proven experience across all key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Confidentiality: A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • An MBA or Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Experience with international HR, specifically familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations, is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with modern HRIS and talent management software.
